Tuscany at Domaine de Fontenille
From Thursday December 12 to Sunday December 15, for the third leg of La Tavola Toscana, Florentine chef Niccolò Pini takes up residence at Domaine de Fontenille, an 18th-century Provencal bastide nestled in the heart of the Luberon.
Located on the southern terraces of the bastide, La Cuisine d'Amélie offers simple yet inventive cuisine, highlighting the region's star products.
Our menu is constantly evolving according to seasonality and the desires of our chefs.
Every day, they draw their inspiration from the estate's extensive organic vegetable garden, and from meetings with local producers within a 20 km radius, such as Mickaël and Coline Cavalier for tomatoes, Stéphane Ortiz for meat, and Léo Coupat and Frédéric Ratto for olive oils.
Nestled in the vineyards and gardens of Domaine de Fontenille, La Cuisine d'Amélie invites you to take a gourmet break in the heart of nature. At lunchtime, treat yourself to a unique menu that evolves with the seasons, created using local produce from our kitchen garden.
