Tuscany at Domaine de Fontenille
From Thursday December 12 to Sunday December 14, for the third leg of La Tavola Toscana, Florentine chef Niccolò Pini takes up residence at Domaine de Fontenille, an 18th-century Provencal bastide nestled in the heart of the Luberon.
- Thursday and Friday evenings:Taste a Tuscan menu signed by Chef Pini, with pumpkin velouté, burrata and porcini mushrooms, tortellini mugellani with Tuscan ragout, and a tiramisù to end on a sweet note. | 60 € per person (excluding drinks)
- Saturday evening: An exceptional four-handed dinner with Chef Cyril Mendes and Chef Pini, who offer a succession of refined dishes, from lamb shoulder cromesquis to foie gras escalope, saffron raviole and veal Milanese, finishing with a Tuscan tiramisù. | 85 € per person (excluding drinks)
