Tuscany invites itself to the Seaside
From Thursday December 5 to Sunday December 8, for the second stage of La Tavola Toscana, Florentine Chef Niccolò Pini, in charge of the restaurant Le Rondini at our Tuscan House, Pieve Aldina, joins forces with Chef Chester Tsai. Together, they offer an exceptional menu combining Tuscan, Mediterranean and Asian flavors.
Raclette fans will melt with pleasure!
From November 16, the Bords de Mer rooftop launches its 100% sunny raclette every Saturday, for a cheesy experience overlooking the Mediterranean.
On the menu: plain raclette, wild garlic, truffle, Espelette pepper by La Meulerie & charcuterie from Boucherie LM (veggie & pork-free option)!

Strongly influenced by his Filipino and Taiwanese origins, and with a wealth of international experience stretching from Paris to New York, London and Singapore, Chef Chester Tsai draws on his Asian heritage, childhood memories and multicultural background to create a resolutely contemporary and creative cuisine that revisits the Provençal terroir and, in his own way, highlights seafood products sourced from the finest local producers.

Our signature recipes include Filipino ceviche with a unique marinade combining coconut vinegar, chili pepper, garlic and pickles, prawn and mango tartare with a Thai-inspired Tom Kha sauce, snacked sèches with satay emulsion, and poultry supreme with lemongrass and ginger condiment: a subtle encounter between the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia.
